  • 4 packages Golden Oreos
  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • White Chocolate to dip
  • Pumpkin Spice for garnish

Using the Roubocoupe, blend the golden Oreos until they are finely ground. Add to small mixer. Microwave the cream cheese until soft and slowly add to the cookies. Add the pumpkin puree and the spices.

Using the metal truffle scoop, scoop the truffles for size, and then freeze until firm. Dip the truffles in white chocolate, and before they are set, sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin spice. Freeze covered until ready to use.
